Family Support UK introduces families to workers offering childcare, home and family-support services. We aim to support safe introductions but families remain responsible for making final hiring decisions.

Safety checks

We encourage families to carry out DBS, reference and Right to Work checks where appropriate. Family Support UK does not guarantee the conduct, qualifications or suitability of any worker.

Worker registration

Workers registering with us confirm that the information they provide is true and that they have the right to work in the United Kingdom.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Family Support UK is not liable for any loss arising from arrangements made between families and workers.
